Letter from our Teacher
|
My dear students,
I'm very much pleased and happy to know that things involving our school is of great concern to you. I hope that whatever news Ruth Chanco has conveyed to you will bring back pleasant memories of your school and your teachers.
I am cordially inviting you to visit your Alma Mater now. It has changed a lot and I'm proud to inform you that QCHS is emerging from its slumber and is trying to keep pace with development. I won't tell you of these changes 'cause I want you to see for yourself what these improvements are.
With regards to your teachers, some are still teaching here, some ventured to other fields of endeavor while some gently passed away like Miss Corazon Lopera, your teacher in Biology and Mr. Mario Sta. Cruz, a teacher in Practical Arts.
As of today, different projects and programs are being undertaken because it is our vision to make our school a premier public secondary institution and it's through the unwavering support of the Alumni Assn. and the PTA that is working hard to make that dream a reality.
Lastly, God bless us and hope to see you in the Gen. Alumni Homecoming which you will be sponsoring soon.
Lovingly yours, Mrs. Nora M. Bornay
